The Wadleigh Cottage is the former barn on The Blue House property that has been meticulously renovated into a comfortable cottage. Once serving as the village's fish-drying barn and later, as a Manhattan artist's summer studio, the guest cottage comfortably sleeps five people, with a main bedroom, queen bed, bathroom and shower on the first floor, and a bedroom with two double beds, a loft and TV room with a single day bed and bathroom on the second floor. The cottage has cathedral ceilings, central brick fireplace with a wood stove insert, kitchen, and a private, stone terrace in the back with outdoor dining table and grill. The cottage's back patio also has stairs that lead up to the property's shared, in-ground pool, and just 100 feet away, across Rue Magog, next to Dreamland Park is the property's 150 foot waterfront that offers a private, pebbled beach, dock, and kayak for use by renters.
